We are no longer having set battles. Because of that, if we want to have a battle at all, we need troops. The capital city of each kingdom has 25,000 garrison troops. Each minor city in the four kingdoms has 2,500 city troops. These troops are for defense only. They may not leave the city to attack another. The garrison troops are the only ones a kingdom can use to attack, or defend another city. But remember, they are your capital cities defense too, so taking all of them at once may not be the best idea. Rulers are able to purchase kingdom troops. All the troops they purchase are mobile, they do not have to stay in one place like the city troops do.
