Sun Ce and Liu Beis battle looks flashy with long posts but u could have easily said that within half the time

That's how they win, lose you in the text to confuse you. Sorry to give out your strategy guys. ;D

i do, but cant see the point unless its going to further the reading in anyway, all you seek to do is confuse us

I know some people that do that, me not being one of them.
Usually the last two paragraphs of my post deal with the actual fighting.

Though true that we do like to write as such, we tend to describe every single detail of the duel as to ensure that we have covered every basis to lower the chance of being countered. Then again, maybe we do, do it to confuse you. As with long posts, you can throw carious crap in there to make your opponent attempt to read between the lines...which may fail then you can kill them...end. ;P I do a little of both really, I admit that my duels have a little something hidden between the lines, although I do not go to great lengths to do so because I am busy all the time...so I do not have time to go through with this massive two page with twelve Times New Roman font on MS word type post xD (I have done it before...>.> And still have it...)

Hell, I could go with "Sun Ce ducks and moves into close-combat with Liu Bei, thrusting at his side." But instead I take my time and produce. Again, I'll write three lined paragraphs if I advance, just this duel is important.

Might as well do it to the best you can if your going to do it at all.
I'll make my post tonight Brian.

[rant]What made me take my first RP "break" was the fact that hardly anyone on any of my RP sites would put as much time into posting as I would. If I'm gonna make a 5 paragraph post, you damn well better make more than a 1 liner. If not. You lose, I win by default. You're boring. [/endrant] Back on topic... I'm looking foward to reading you're duel, Brian and Lyle. But, I think I've decided to wait until it's over, then read it all the way through. So continue with the superb display's.
