The arena was packed to the brim and it was high noon. There were a few clouds in the sky casting shadows across the land and a gentle breeze. Birds were circling the area and perching on whatever they could find. There was a man's body laying in the center mangled to death. When Er was walking out to the arena he passed by a tiger who stared him down. Neither man or the beast were afraid of the other as they peered into each others soul. Er stepped into the arena with slow movements gazing at all the people.
He was here to duel a man he had never met, he didn't even know his name. When it was his turn to go up they just rushed to get him out. He stood tall, his armor gleaming as the light bounced off of it and awaited whomever was his opponent. He kept his sword in its hilt and crossed his arms. Breathing deeply his chest rose making him look even bigger and more demonic. He knew people wanted to see a good show and he was willing to give them one.

The Sage Of Nanzhong Arrives
The arena was full. THousands had gathered to watch a man from the south, the lands of Nanzhong, to fight...Well Duosi was unsure who it was. The gates leading to the arena opened up and Duosi was ushered through.
The sun struck his armor and glinted brightly. His heavy iron armor was a grnad site and it seemed his foe wore armor similiar to his. Though construction was different, and Duosi's seemed heavier, they both seemed to be of iron.
Duosi's eyes met his foes. The King of Tulong cave's hand crept down to his hammer. It slid easily out and was hefted in his hands. It was balanced just the way Duosi liked it. More wieght to the front, enough to give it great power, though much slower in retracting.
Duosi nodded to his foe and raised his hammer to the ready.
"My comrade of war... Stand strong and fight well... For I shall not give anything to you. Leave your soul behind, else you will loose it... Come now."

Er watched as his opponent entered. He noticed his weapon of choice was a hammer, powerful, yet at times slow. He immediately began planning out his moves. He noticed he was obviously from the south and it brought back memories from his childhood. While he hated to fight someone who could of possibly been in his tribe it was necessary today. Er drew his longsword from it's sheath with his left hand and brought it to rest in front of him and gripped the hilt with both hands. He spread his legs to shoulder width apart and prepared.
"Fight as strong and well but worry not about my soul as I never had one, NOW COME AT ME!"

To Strike First
King Duosi began to walk forwards. As he got closer he realized the man he was fighting was from the south. Though eh didn't recognize him a new found rivalry came to his mind. For the men of Tulong he would win this duel.
He brought his hammer to the ready and crept a few steps forward.
"For Tulong."
He charged out as he came just into range he swung his hammer hard, it had a slight downward angle to it.He aimed the blow for the shoulder of his foe. His hammers weight would make it difficult for his opponent to parry or block his blow.
(How long is your sword? Just a helpful bit of info...)

Er was taking the battle defensively. As the man swung at him bringing the hammer down Er moved backward so the blow would miss. He was getting an idea for how well the man would handle the large weapon and what effects it would have on his combat abilities.
(OOC: It's about 4 feet long.)

Well, this is going to be a long fight
King Duosi swung his hammer. He had hoped his foe owuld try to parry it but instead the man just moved back. In an effort to stop his swing Duosi brought his left hand to the top of his hammer as it neared the side of his body.
King Duosi brought the hammer back to point and waited.
"Come now."

Er watched as the man handled the destructive hammer. He would keep that in mind when deciding future tactics. His enemy beckoned for him to strike, he didn't want to keep the man waiting. With his sword in his hands he did a quick slash from his upper left down to his bottom right. His target was the man's main weapon bearing shoulder, without it he wouldn't have a means to fight.
(Sorry for long wait, addicted to the Star Wars one I posted about like it's crack. Also I assume your right hand is lower then your left which is at the base of the hammerhead.)

TACOS! I LOVE THE TACOS! THEY ARE SO GOOD IN MY TUMMY! TAACOOOOOS!
King Duosi watched his foe come closer. He was ready for a slice and guessed it right. He brought his right hand down the shaft a bit more, and turned his body just a bit to the left. he pushed out the hammer and pushed his foes sword back.
After staggering for just a second he spun, with all his strength. His hammer was locked into his hands, both about just underhalfway down the shaft. He aimed his wild swing for his foes shoulder level.

(Yeah, been in kinda a slump three kingdoms wise, sorry for the wait)
As the man spun around with his hammer Er bent his knees to lower his body so the hammer would go over his head. As he did this he brought his sword up and went for a thrust to the man's torso. The weight of the enemies weapon along with his centripetal force would make it almost impossible to block with his weapon. How he would avoid this assault would be nothing short of a miracle.

And Around And Around And Around We Go
King Duosi's momentum saved him this time. He was already off balance and he was pulled slightly to his left. As he spun his hammer flew out of his hands, and he went spiraling down. As he fell he felt a stinging in his back. Er's sword struck completly across Duosi's back.
Duosi half hit the ground and he ran in the direction of his hammer. he just barely grabbed it. He stood up, ready for Er' next move.

Er had landed a strike, it wasn't fatal but it was a beginning. As the man recuperated Er came at him with a slash. He gripped his sword in both hands and brought it from his left side to his right side. He had enough power to injure his opponent if it struck but not so much it would leave him off balance if he missed.

Were We Stop Nobody Knows
Duosi brought his weapon to the ready and watched as his foe came foward. As he swung from left to right Duosi Dawang brought his own weapon up to parry his foes. Held vertically the sword stopped dead on the hammer. He cringed at the pain in his back as the two weapons conectded. Duosi lifte dhis hammer just a slight bit and brought his wepaon up and then swung downwards from Er's left down his right.
(Sorry for shit post. Its 5 in the morning, im a little stoned, and I probally wont be able to post for about until the 17th.)
