*Sun Ce fled from dangers of Lu Jiang's river border with Shu now, as he began returning home to the Bronze City of Mo Ling. However, they turned south before reaching their gates, planning to arrive at Wu as the sun rose over Jiang Dong. They had not had rest since the night before their voyage to Lu Jiang, and were growing restless, but the will of the tiger kept their drive going, and kept their mentality true.*
*The walls of Wu were near as soon as they turned away from Mo Ling, as the cities were very near eachother. Wu was a special city, as it had salt water to the east, and an escape from China if it fell into chaos the size of hell itself. Who knows, a retreat to Japan or Viet Nam could save many lives.*
*For now, the will of the country kept foul thoughts at bay, and the waters were for trade only. Retreating from Jiang Dong would never happen so long as the Sun Family remained drawing breath, and only if the civilians were in danger of destruction. The Royal Carriage entered the city, and a rider was dispersed to the castle to inform them of Sun Ce's arrival, and of his intentions. By the time all was prepared, the crowd grew to a few thousand.*
"I remember seeing those hills in the distance those many years ago when I and my father and my kin rode towards them, towards an encamped army of archers and spearmen as we rode our campaign to this very city we sit so peacefully in. I remember killing the dictator Yan Baihu, and looking to the east as the sun rose as it does now, reflecting the golden glow off the ocean. I remember looking west to the hills, casting a long shadow over long fields of green and yellow.
"People of Wu, the Litter Conqueror again resides in your city, if only for a day. And here now I speak to you of the discontent station of our beloved kingdom. I have not yet ascended the Tiger Throne, as I still wish to support of all peoples. I have little to say here, as I believe I have done all I can to keep this city strong. It's descent to darkness is void, as the Bronze City is not a day away. I vow and ensure my life upon the stronhold of this city. It is good to be here again. I shall go now to the castle, and rest there. I would be happy to see some friendly faces."
*Sun Ce left, doing as he said he would and going to the castle. Many came to thank him for his service to the country, and many came to support his rise to power. He had seemed to have gained what he came to achieve, and as the night sky overcame the sun, the Royal Carriage and it's convoy was strolling north, to Mo Ling.*
