Tier 1 - Avaliable to everyone
Militia – 10 for 50 Gold
Just your basic unit ready to fight, they equip themselves with whatever they can find, but need proper equipment if you intend them to accomplish much more than being cannon fodder. These are automatically recruited to your army every week for free (Claimed in the banks by Leadership + Political) and can also be recruited for free if you go out and ask the people to join you – the better the reason or post the more will join.
Skirmishing kit (Weapon) – 25 for 10 gold
This is used to create basic units on the field of battle; they each have 3 javelins which are very effective at penetrating the enemies ranks. Once gone they also have sling which they can use to hurl rocks at the enemy – ineffective but they never run out of ammo. They also have short daggers which can be used for melee fighting if needed. Skirmishers are the most versatile unit on the field of battle, fast and can be used to any kind of combat, though don’t expect them to last very long.
Light Swords (Weapon) – 20 for 10 gold
The most basic of weapons, Light swords are simply weak blades used to cut down the enemy, cheap and effective. Light mobile and make a very adaptable unit.
Spears (2 Handed weapon) – 20 for 10 gold
Spears have a greater reach the swords and give the ability to make a basic Phalanx formation, though unless fighting an enemy directly ahead of them there are quite hard to maneuver and need space to fight effectively. Their long spears make them useful for fighting against mounted units.
Bows (missile) – 20 for 10 gold
These are basic bows, have a relatively short range, but are a useful indirect unit. These are relatively short bows with not much power behind them but can still put dents in enemy formations to prepare for your main assault.
Horses (Horse) – 10 for 10 gold
Just about all units can be mounted on a horse for more maneuverability and making them a more deadly force. These are basic horses with no armor just a saddle, most useful for their speed.
Bucklers (Shield) – 40 for 10 gold
A basic shield worn on one arm, it can be effective used to protect the wearer from attacks but that’s about it. Also come with basic mail armor, worn even when the buckler isn’t in use.
Tier 2 – Requires 150 Fame and 80 Leadership
Pikes (2 Handed weapon) – 10 for 10 Gold
Are more deadly spears, a sturdier staff and a more dangerous tip – they are useful to impale an enemy on the front of them and work well against cavalry. Though again they need space to actually maneuver their weapons effectively.
Swords (Weapon) – 10 for 10 gold
Are deadly blades making units that are strong, versatile and usually key to any army, they are one of the most basic units for fighting as they can fight just about anywhere without much disadvantage.
Crossbows (Missile) – 10 for 10 gold
These are deadly weapons, they hurtle arrows across the battlefield at an immense speed, and in theory 2 could be use at once because of their trigger like firing mechanism. Though their weakness is their slowness at firing which can be a liability.
Maces (Weapon) – 10 for 10 gold
Deadly clubs that put holes in just about any armor, they are slow and awkward to use against most more agile units but have the power to break through just about anything – excellent for demolition.
Axes (Weapon) – 10 for 10 gold
Like maces only slightly lighter and more designed for hand to hand close combat, very high attack power and incredible useful for clearing their way through trees should you need to…

Similar to spears but are designed to impale an enemy from horseback, which they do far better than any other weapon from horseback. Quite useless when not mounted but at full momentum can pierce the strongest of defenses.
Armored Horses (Horse) – 5 for 10 gold
These horses have been well trained; they are fast and also have strong armor making it unlikely that they’ll be struck down before their rider.
Shields (Shield) – 20 for 10 gold
Large round shield worn on one arm, offer a lot of protection for the wearer and those around them, incredibly useful against arrow fire – though can be a problem in high speed melee. Comes with metal armor, which slows down the unit but offers a lot of protection.
Tier 3 – Requires 175 Fame and 90 Leadership
Phalanx Spears – 5 for 20 gold
Spears designed specifically for the use in a Phalanx formation, virtually impenetrable from in front especially if also equipped with Phalanx Shields. Though still vulnerable from the front and flanks, and their heavy equipment makes them slow.
Phalanx Shields (Shield) – 10 for 20 gold
Massive square shields made of the strongest metals, they are slightly curved and look similar to those used by the roman legions. Large enough to cover the user’s entire body and them some, making them almost impenetrable to bows. They also come with the finest plate armor which offer great defense but are heavy making the unit slow and hard to maneuver.

Long bows are much longer than normal bows, and require a lot more strength to fire them. However after minimal practice these are very deadly missile units, they fire much further across the battlefield and with a lot of power – and have the added bonus of a short reload time. The users though weak at first will get more skilled the more they use them.

These are horses that have been especially bred for use on the battlefield, they are large mounts extensively trained and heavily armored. Little could stand in the way of army of heavily clad titans, slower than other mounted units but make up for it with their sheer power.
